La société QoS Design (www.qosdesign. com) est une start-up issue du LAAS – CNRS (www.laas.fr) en 2004. Les fondateurs, chercheurs reconnus en télécommunications, ont développé un ensemble de solutions logicielles innovantes sous le nom de NEST (Network Engineering and Simulation Tool). NEST est constitué d’un ensemble d’outils permettant d’assurer la maîtrise des performances des réseaux de télécommunications de nouvelle génération, fixes, mobiles, optiques et satellitaires : réseaux IP, réseaux MPLS, ADSL, Metroethernet, Plates-formes de service, 3G/4G, VPN, SDH, DWDM, FTTx, DVB-RCS. Trois produits phare permettent d’assurer une maîtrise complète des réseaux de manière proactive et réactive : NEST IP/MPLS avec son plugin NEST Satellite (simulation, planification), NEST Entreprise (supervision et le pilotage intelligent des réseaux), NEST OPTICS (planification des réseaux optiques).

The company’s founders, renowned researchers in telecommunications, have developed a set of innovative software solutions under the name, NEST(Network Engineering and Simulation Tool).
